UPDATE: Immediately upon receiving my poor review, the owner called me and apologized. He then emailed me a quote for the work we needed completed. I really appreciated the follow up and follow through. Not sure we’ll go with them, at this point, but the speedy correction was much appreciated. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This was a disappointment. They were quick to respond and come out, but then literally never gave us the estimate we needed to move forward. Even after I called to follow up he told me the estimate would be emailed soon. But it never came. It’s really strange, if they didn’t want the job I wish they would have just told us, rather than leave us hanging for weeks.

When we first met Oscar from the Blind Spot, we were very impressed with how they showed up in their professional van, dressed professionally and with all the necessary tools and parts needed to fix our blinds. The repair was done with high quality and with speed. After the repair, we heard from Richard who called to ask how our service went and if The Blind Spot could assist with any other services. We learned that the Blind Spot also offers new window coverings. After moving recently, we called Richard and he was able to assist us with adding blinds throughout out home at a very affordable price. We would highly recommend the Blind Spot to others.

Those few days were quite challenging for us as the torrential downpour of rain made getting from one appointment to the next take a lot longer than usual. We try very hard to meet our appointment times, but occasionally we do run into things beyond our control. We have called a couple of times, and left message offering a discounted rate to do the repair you requested, but have not been able to get a hold of you.
