- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and based on the scope of work, materials, and project complexity. We provide clear, upfront estimates with no hidden fees. For larger projects, we break payments into phases so it’s easier for clients to manage. We focus on quality and safety, so while we may not always be the cheapest option, we deliver reliable work that meets code and lasts long-term.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I talk with the customer to understand their needs and scope of work. Then I schedule a site visit to evaluate the project and provide a clear estimate. Once approved, I plan the job, pull any necessary permits, and schedule the work. Throughout the project, I keep communication open and make sure everything is done safely, efficiently, and up to code.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training and years of field experience in both residential and commercial electrical work. I stay up to date with current electrical codes and safety standards, and I’m experienced in main panel upgrades, EV charger installations, ADUs, and full home wiring systems.
