Francis is great! Very thorough, good prices. He upgraded my electrical panel, pulled the permit, dealt with the city and didn't ask for a penny until the city approved the work. He also ran wiring for a new stove through some difficult crawl space. I will definitely be using him for more electrical work. A+ service!
