FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer clear, upfront pricing based on the amount and type of material, weight, access, and labor required. We explain what your quote includes—loading, hauling, disposal, and cleanup—and confirm the price before work begins. Heavy materials, special disposal requirements, demolition, and container rentals are priced according to the project. Any additional charges are discussed before you approve the work. Ask about current promotions and options for multiple loads or recurring service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a quick conversation about your project, location, and preferred schedule. You can send photos so we can assess the materials, volume, and access. We explain the estimate and what’s included, then confirm the final price onsite before starting. Once you approve, our crew handles the removal, loading, hauling, and agreed-upon cleanup. We finish with a walkthrough to make sure we’ve addressed everything discussed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our background comes from hands-on experience in junk removal, property cleanouts, demolition cleanup, debris hauling, and equipment operation. Our training focuses on safe lifting and loading, securing loads, protecting surrounding property, and choosing the right equipment for each job. With three dump trucks, more than 16 drop-off containers, and skid steer/Bobcat equipment, we’re equipped for everything from individual pickups to larger cleanup projects.
