FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes I do really hard to estimate a job not knowing how big the trash is what type of trash is it a waste TVs hazardous waste xcetera a lot of these jobs need multiple places to dispose of the trash properly I charge $175 per truckload for a professional two-man team the reason why it takes me an hour to drive there to the pick-up location 1 to 2 hours to load the truck that include the two-man teams a double those hours of work because of the second person hours it's labor-intensive is there a technical to get it loading the truck to get the maximum efficiency out of the truckload
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I placed a bid I give a decent price do an incredible job and I do my best communicating properly I tell him when I'll be there I called them on arrival to tell them that we're there and ready to work where do we park to be the most efficient and then we do a walk-through and get a clear understanding what the customer wants out of the job we do the job the best we possibly can and after the customer realizes how technical and labor-intensive the job is seems like they're happy we do the extra mile and clean up even more !!! At times even hold down the driveway to clean up the best we possibly can and a final sweep most of the time the customers say you don't need to do that can I tell them I'm doing it for myself I like to be satisfied that job is done correctly to my best ability most of time the customer causes back for additional work which is much appreciated
