- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For the most part I have a flat rate book I go off of. I am not an hourly worker. I do give discounts 10%-20% depending on cost/parts for veterans & seniors also 10% off for a review on thumbtack & Yelp combined.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First off I'll assess the situation and figure out several solutions to the issue at hand. From there I'll educate the client on the issue and on the separate solutions and recommendations . I do this so they can make the best decision that they feel most comfortable with .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
State certified and have been to multiple tankless classes , 12 years of in the field experience.
