David was great! I have a house for sale and some repairs came up and he came out right away to fix them. He also went into the crawl space to check for any cracks or leaks in the pipes and also checked the sewage lines for me and sent me a report and estimate the same night. I will definitely use him again!

Super Dave indeed. He not only came to the rescue by fixing the urgent problem of my leaking/cracked garbage disposal, but with his experienced eye (or x-ray vision, who knows?) he also anticipated potential problems waiting to happen with my antiquated cast iron kitchen plumbing. At first I was skeptical, but after several email exchanges with him, during which he patiently provided explanations and answers, I thought his pricing was reasonable since it came with an unconditional warranty on the parts and labor. Boy, was I wrong. His pricing was not reasonable... it was awesome! After he took out my problematic disposal and cut out the old pipes, I finally saw what his x-ray vision was seeing - both my kitchen pipes where over 50% blocked with gunk! If he hadn’t suggested to fix it, I probably would have ended up paying for a second visit in a few months (if not weeks), and having to deal with a kitchen emergency again. So in the end he ended up saving me another plumbing bill. Did I mention he also works super efficiently? Other than the sounds from cutting the pipes, he hardly made a sound and I was able to do some studying while he worked. Once he was done, he took all the junk parts with him and cleaned up his work area. I am embarrassed to say I think he left my kitchen cleaner than it was before he started. Lastly (I swear), Dave was tireless. He finished at 8pm and was still heading off to deal with another drain in distress (and with a smile, I might add). While I hope to never ever need a plumber again, I am glad to know I can call on Super Dave if I have to.

David arrived when he said he would (within hours of my contact), has a professional demeanor, examined my issue, showed me the compromised sections of pipe on camera, and explained my options to me. While the larger repair that will ultimately be necessary isn't yet underway, I'm definitely happy with the service so far.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For the most part I have a flat rate book I go off of. I am not an hourly worker. I do give discounts 10%-20% depending on cost/parts for veterans & seniors also 10% off for a review on thumbtack & Yelp combined.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First off I'll assess the situation and figure out several solutions to the issue at hand. From there I'll educate the client on the issue and on the separate solutions and recommendations . I do this so they can make the best decision that they feel most comfortable with .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
State certified and have been to multiple tankless classes , 12 years of in the field experience.
