Comfort Zone was beyond helpful in assisting us with a mess left by the previous HVAC vendor. They replaced the HVAC system with one that works and is reliable. They also helped us with the prior vendor in getting money back for the system they put in that was the wrong system and could not be repaired. It is soooooo good to have heat the winter! Kevin has saved me twice this year when my AC went out! He and the crew are knowledgeable and efficient! Although being extremely busy during these heat waves, he still was able to get in-identify and fix the problem-and be on his way to the next family that is struggling. My house had a new air and heating system in 2020 but stop working after 5 month. Meanwhile called numerousdifferent heating & air system company came out to checked but no one knew what was wrong. Finally Comfort zone air & heating, Kevin came to check the system that He knew what was wrong immediately. He is very Knowledgeableabout heating & air systems.Their customer service is excellent.
