Richard came last minute to fix an electrical problem. He was fast, affordable, and clearly knows what he is doing. He also showed us exactly what the problem was and how to avoid it in the future. Really cool dude!

Richard is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. He stuck to the timeline, which was very tight, and provide expert guidance and excellent work. I would highly recommend him for any job. In fact I have already referred two family members, one for commercial and one for residential work to Richard. Very very pleased with this choice in electrical contractors.

I highly recommend Rich not only is he a good guy, he's honest, straightforward, and has an excellent work ethic. But I do so because he is trustworthy and it was a pleasure to work with him. He knows his trade and he's good at it. He's a great communicator and availed himself for any questions we had, even after hours, with very quick responses. He asked questions about our expectations and made sure we were all on the same page at each step of the process. His bid was reasonable and professional. We ran into a few unforeseeable issues which caused the final cost to rise slightly, but it was totally alright as he kept us apprised. He and his helper were clean, personable, and respectful (of us, our time, our money, our home, and even our pooches). He was even considerate of our neighbors by gently closing his truck door in the mornings because he started early (who thinks of things like that?), Rich did. Ours was a multiple day job as he installed a DVR with multiple cameras, up to date security lighting on the corners of our home, and landscape lights in our flower beds. Top notch equipment at good rates. We initially contacted Rich saying our house was just too dark at night and that we had a couple of blind spots we were concerned about. Well, Rich fixed that! lol :) Now when we leave the house and rest at night, we are at peace. Thanks Rich! I meant to attach photos but I forgot to take any. Nothing has fallen down or failed and, even if it did, he warranties his work and the equipment! You won't go wrong hiring Richard Pierce Electric for your electrical needs.
