While I didn’t end up hiring AlphaStructural, they saved me from hiring anyone, so it would be remiss not to leave a great review explaining the A+ experience I had with AlohaStruct.

Carlos at AlphaStructural came out to look at our potential issues and he advised us and was going to send us a quote for the work that he had suggested (something he noticed when he went under the house to take a look).

He went out of his way to discuss the issue with his colleagues and called me the next day to say that their final recommendation is that it is best to leave it alone!

You can’t be too careful when it comes to hiring someone to fix or maintain your home: There are a lot of companies and people who are not honest, so it’s that much more important to point out the companies and people we find who ARE.

From my experience with AlphaStructural I feel confident that they are a stand-up company with scruples and they know their stuff (based on the way they first suggested something g be fixed). I’ll definitely reach out to Carlos and AlphaStructural again if something else comes up!! Highly recommended!

Evan Beattie came by to my home to examine two retaining walls and a drainage issue. He was absolutely great. Really took the time and pretty much told me I would not need a P.E. or S.E. He provided some referrals and was very transparent. He put my mind at ease and I’m grateful for his candor. Thanks Alpha so much for coming by even though you didn’t find any work here! Firms like yours are hard to find.

When I noticed some cracks on the smooth stucco of the exterior wall of my house, I scheduled a free consultation with Alpha. Assuming I would not get an honest assessment and estimate, I hired a structural engineer to inspect my house beforehand. Then Mr. Erinn Rusnak came for the free estimate. After a very thorough inspection, he surprised me by saying that there was no reason to panic because there was no need to do any work to the foundation. I went on to make inquiries about waterproofing my garage, he said it was not necessary but he would give me a proposal anyway. Within a week, I received a very professional proposal from Mr. Erinn Rusnak. I am extremely impressed with the expertise and integrity he has demonstrated. I am also ashamed of myself for not trusting them at the beginning. Although ive decided not to do the garage at the moment, I will definitely consider the company for my future foundation repair needs.
