I’ve been training with Justin for about 6 months now and we initially started with 2 important goals - shed some weight and strengthen me for the arduous Inca Trail Hike in Peru, both of which I was able to accomplish thanks to Justin’s hardcore training and nutritional knowledge! He has also helped me correct my form and posture over this time. He also helps curate custom training programs when I’m traveling which has helped me keep up my fitness streak. Justin meticulously plans his training program & nutrition guide for every client by doing his research on the goals you set for yourself and your limitations. He coached me diligently as I made my foray into strength training by demonstrating and explaining the importance of every form and move. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?After we set up a time to meet, we will sit down and get to know each other. We generally start with the past and move forward. In the past we will discuss previous experiences with coaches, the times that you felt like you were at the best place in your life and any relevant health history. We will then talk about where you are now, and how ready you are to make a change. Moving towards the future, we will talk about and set your goals. Any necessary assessment test will be done and then we will begin to formulate the best plan specially tailored to you.
