Introduction: At Beach Fire Boot Camp, we train our athletes much like the fire service trains their recruits. We use short bursts of high-intensity activities to help you build muscle endurance, which will in turn help you burn any unwanted body fat for up to 48 hours! BFBC is located right on the sand in Sunset Beach. We also have Beginners' Boot Camp for new "recruits" to the world of boot camp. At BBC, we accommodate beginner fitness enthusiasts through intermediate and even advanced athletes. BBC is located in Rossmoor Park, Los Alamitos, CA. Both locations are freeway close, and parking is free. Please call us if you have any questions about the programs we offer. Our rates are accessible through our website as well as our schedule of classes. You can create a membership to view the dates of our upcoming classes. At Beach Fire Boot Camp and Beginners' Boot Camp, we make fitness fun!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be sure you are cleared by a doctor to begin/resume a fitness regimen of any intensity level. Our classes are adaptable to any fitness level, and certainly progressive, but our Beach Fire Boot Camp in Sunset Beach is definitely more intense than is our Beginners' Boot Camp. If you're uncertain of your fitness capabilities, you are encouraged to try our Beginners' Boot Camp sessions first and then transition over to the beach as your fitness level improves, if you so desire.
