$95 Diagnostic Fee Waived with Repair We charge a $95 diagnostic fee to inspect and troubleshoot your system. If you move forward with the repair, that fee is waived with the completed repair. You only pay for the repair and not the diagnostic. No guesswork. No confusing pricing. Just clear answers and reliable service, feel free to call for more information.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is straightforward and focused on honest service and clear communication. Initial Contact & Scheduling I start by discussing the issue, symptoms, or project details with the customer to understand what’s going on and schedule a convenient time. On-Site Evaluation Once on site, I perform a thorough inspection and diagnostic of the HVAC system or equipment to identify the root cause—not just the symptoms. Clear Recommendations & Pricing I explain the issue in simple terms and provide straightforward repair or replacement options with transparent pricing before any work begins. Quality Repairs or Installation All work is completed carefully using quality parts and proper HVAC practices. I focus on reliability, cleanliness, and doing the job right the first time. Final Testing & Customer Walkthrough Before leaving, I test the system, verify proper operation, and walk the customer through the completed work while answering any questions. Ongoing Support I believe in building long-term relationships, so customers can always reach out for follow-up questions, maintenance, or future service needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 14 years of hands-on HVAC experience working alongside my father in both residential and commercial environments. I am EPA 608 Certified and NATE Certified, with experience in system diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and equipment replacement. In addition to field experience, I continue attending industry classes and training to stay current with modern HVAC systems, controls, energy efficiency standards, and best practices. I take pride in providing reliable, knowledgeable, and professional service backed by real-world experience.
