AWESOME! If I can only give him more than 5 stars, I would. I was ready to hire him because he gave one of the best initial rates and also had a great review, albeit just one since he just started here. However, I was not responding since I don't have the app on my phone. Apparently, he had been messaging me but he still came to our house. So, he began to work on our furnace. He immediately identified the root-cause of the problem within 5mins, fixed it properly, explained what he has done and what needs to be done for proper maintenance and documented it in his invoice to us. You can really feel that he's the type of professional that is not out to con you and charge an arm and a leg for a service that for them is simple, just because they can. If you have some furnace and/or AC repair/installation needs, Allan Daimler Vasquez is your man! Thank you for your excellent service!
