Great hunter / jumper barn in a really a beautiful setting. They do it all here, lessons, sales, leases and competition prep. So glad I found this place after looking for a place to ride and train after 10 years away from riding!Nov 22, 2016Verified
Very happy to be here! Sheri and Duncan are so sweet and my horse is happier than ever to get high-quality training :) I feel nothing but respect from them and everyone else at the barn and they do all they can to make it fun! :)Feb 13, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Horses are not inexpensive and you should figure on average to spend $75 per visit. By coming more frequently and joining in group programs you can reduce the costs to as little as $40 per visit. Our training is a proven and sought after and for those with competitive goals it begins at 1000 a month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Usually you come see us for an interview and we in turn interview you and get a feel for what your goals might be and then will do an evaluation lesson that will help us understand what your aptitudes are. Then depending on your schedule and the intensity of your interest you might schedule once a week or twice a week lessons and at that point you can decide whether you want to pay monthly and save money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am with they used to call a Renaissance equestrian. I grew up on a farm I raised and trained horses and competed with them as a kid and got to some recognition at the national level and then was hired as a professional. I continue to find and train young horses as a professional and had some success in the derby and Grand Prix level. What is unique about my background is that I spent six years out of business in the field of personal and business development and got to work with people like Jack Canfield and Anthony Robbins and a partner of one of the sharks on TV. So I can do everything from creative safe starting experience to training young professionals in the art of producing horses. And 15 years ago I met and eventually married my wife who is a gifted writer but more importantly for you and incredibly empathetic with terrific results for those who have unusual anxiety. A few of the more famous horse owners and riders got their start and spent a substantial amount of their time learning from her.
