We had a problem with the heater not heating to the set temperature. I reached out to Aeronex on the app. They sent someone the same day who diagnosed the problem as sensor failure. They fixed it within the next hour and checked each vent to make sure the heat was working properly before leaving. The heat works again, which is a relief for the coming winter months.

My heater was blowing out cold air. I had someone come for an estimate and say that I needed to replace my furnace. I got a second opinion from Aeronex and he said that information wasn’t accurate and that I needed a new capacitor for the furnace. They saved me over $7,000. And the technician was very kind and polite and took off his shoes which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend them. I feel like they are very trustworthy.

Aeronex is hands down the best HVAC company I’ve worked with. From the first phone call, the customer service was excellent. They came out the same day, diagnosed the issue quickly, and gave me a few options to choose from. I ended up installing a new 3-ton system, and the team handled everything including the permit and HERS testing. The price was fair, the work was clean, and the crew was respectful of my home. I’m extremely happy with the results and will definitely use them again.
