We hired Arianne to do estate planning. She came to our home which was very convenient. She eventually helped us create a family trust, two wills, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives. Working with K. Arianne was fantastic! She made the process of getting our Living Trust done super easy (we had been putting off..) It was a breeze to work her because she is highly skilled, listens and communicates so effectively. Our trust was done so well and efficiently, even our Notary who was with us (on Zoom) commented on how great she is! I am here to work with you to fit your budget and your needs. Consultations are always free and I work hard to not only bring you customer satisfaction and results, but provide such a positive experience that you refer us to others.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you, as a prospective client contact my office, I personally respond within one to two business days to schedule a free consultation at your convenience. We then talk about your needs and discuss legal strategies and potential costs. From there, if both sides deem one another a good fit, a representation agreement is signed, and we're on our way to addressing the legal issues that led you to my office.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed attorney with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University in Atlanta and post-graduate Juris Doctor (JD) from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.
