Ron from Art of Tech was very knowledgeable and thorough. He came right on time and brought all the devices that would be necessary for the job. I have issues with sensitivity to electro magnetic frequency and he installed a great router that I can turn off at night. He also hardwired all the items I wanted done and made everything in the home very streamlined so it runs very smoothly and easily for me.

Ron was very responsive and knowledgeable. Very professional and honest. We needed to have our cameras looked at because several of them went down suddenly and the company that installed it for us is no longer in business and their customer support was horrible when dealing with them. We needed someone to come by and help us fix our issue. Ron immediately went to work and brought the ones he could bring back up (a few of them suffered water damage outdoors and no longer work). He gave us his recommendations and was willing to work with us on our budget options as our company is nonprofit. Looking forward to seeing his work. Will update the review when he replaces the cameras that went down. Update: Ron is awesome. The moment he arrived, he went straight to work. He immediately assured us what he would be doing, gave us a timeframe, and made sure we were all set once he completed the job. Awesome communication. He took before and after photos of the work he did and explained in detail again why it was needed. He gave us recommendations on possible future work that would help improve our setup at our facility (add more cameras, better conduit piping, newer cables, etc.) and make it more secure. We will keep him in our contacts in case we have any repairs or future upgrades. Thanks again Ron for helping us out.
