Anastasia is seriously the best propertymanager you could ever met!!! She is very professional in coordinating and arranging every details that you need for renting the house. I bought my property last year and I have no idea where I should find the client, how should I rent it out etc., so I hired Anastasia to help me because she has the best reviews, and she is the best! She helps me with refurnishing the walls, checking the maintenance, and finding the best bids when we were refurnishing the house to be in the best conditions to rent; And then she helps me source in the best tenants, including the showing, making sure the tenants background information is accurate and good for long term, checking with the HOA to follow all the regulations etc.; The whole process was very smooth and I can't be more happy about it!

Anastasia did a terrific job in finding tenants for my house in the valley in a very short span of time. She is very professional, punctual, focussed, experienced and knowledgeable in real estate/property rental matters. She recommended a painter who did an amazing job at a very reasonable price. Anastasia thoroughly drafted all my lease documents and made the entire process super easy. She will be managing my property from now on so that I can focus on other personal matters. If you are looking for a propertymanager in Los Angeles that will manage your rental like their own home and get you top dollar, you have found the one! We hired Anastasia to manage our single family residence and we're amazed by her results. Anastasia provided rental comps in the area, used comprehensive analytics to set our rental price, coordinated cleaners and photographers to get our listing to really stand out. Our home was leased to great tenants and below comps average days on market!
