Anastasia is seriously the best property manager you could ever met!!! She is very professional in coordinating and arranging every details that you need for renting the house. I bought my property last year and I have no idea where I should find the client, how should I rent it out etc., so I hired Anastasia to help me because she has the best reviews, and she is the best! She helps me with refurnishing the walls, checking the maintenance, and finding the best bids when we were refurnishing the house to be in the best conditions to rent; And then she helps me source in the best tenants, including the showing, making sure the tenants background information is accurate and good for long term, checking with the HOA to follow all the regulations etc.; The whole process was very smooth and I can't be more happy about it! Thank you Anastasia! For any one who is looking for a Property Manager (or a Realtor), hire her immediately! She is the best!

Anastasia did a terrific job in finding tenants for my house in the valley in a very short span of time. She is very professional, punctual, focussed, experienced and knowledgeable in real estate/property rental matters. She recommended a painter who did an amazing job at a very reasonable price. Anastasia thoroughly drafted all my lease documents and made the entire process super easy. She will be managing my property from now on so that I can focus on other personal matters. If you are looking for a property manager in Los Angeles that will manage your rental like their own home and get you top dollar, you have found the one! We hired Anastasia to manage our single family residence and we're amazed by her results. Anastasia provided rental comps in the area, used comprehensive analytics to set our rental price, coordinated cleaners and photographers to get our listing to really stand out. Our home was leased to great tenants and below comps average days on market! Anastasia is super responsive to potential clients and provides daily status updates that help us understand the interest in our property. Anastasia has been one of the best property managers we have ever worked with! She is incredibly professional, thorough in all of her work, very responsive and an overall pleasure to work with. She helped us prep our property for photos, wrote a great description noting what is really important for potential tenants to know, and was able to schedule showings efficiently and according to our schedule. Anastasia went on to help us narrow down the applicants and did a completely thorough assessment of the prospective tenants before recommending that we move forward with a contract. She then helped us make sure our property was in perfect working condition to ensure the tenants had a great on-boarding experience. In the event we didn't have our own contacts for photographer or handyman she was quick to provide a recommendation, who were professional and affordable. Anastasia did a great job helping us navigate discussions / negotiations between us and the tenants with everything from basic rent and move-in dates, to issues with the swimming pool, solar panels, EV plugs, pets, etc. so that we all felt comfortable with our proposals and what we were willing to accept. She provided much needed guidance on what we as landlords would be expected or not expected to provide, and similarly what we should expect from tenants. She also offers ongoing maintenance reviews of the property to ensure things are in working order for the tenants, and give the landlords peace of mind that their property is being well cared for. In the end everyone was happy. We could not recommend any more highly than Anastasia to manage your property!

Anastasia is an Excellent Realtor/Property Manager! She is a Topnotch in the RE industry - honest, very knowledgeable, quick to respond, always has a positive & pleasant demeanor in all manner of communication and consistently displays the highest level of professionalism! I have worked with Anastasia for the past 2 years on 4 rental properties, she got me very good tenants within 1 week of showing the property. Her knowledge of the RE industry as well as her diligent work doing market research on pricing is remarkable. On all 4 properties, she was able to increase my rental revenue significantly each time I have a vacancy.
