What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am here to work with you to fit your budget and your needs. Consultations are always free and I work hard to not only bring you customer satisfaction and results, but provide such a positive experience that you refer us to others.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you, as a prospective client contact my office, I personally respond within one to two business days to schedule a free consultation at your convenience. We then talk about your needs and discuss legal strategies and potential costs. From there, if both sides deem one another a good fit, a representation agreement is signed, and we're on our way to addressing the legal issues that led you to my office.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed attorney with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University in Atlanta and post-graduate Juris Doctor (JD) from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.
