FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started by personally providing cleaning services to homeowners in the Los Angeles area. In the beginning, I handled every part of the process myself: answering calls, preparing estimates, scheduling appointments, performing the work, communicating with customers, and inspecting the finished results. That experience taught me that customers are not only looking for clean windows. They also want a company that answers the phone, arrives when promised, explains the scope clearly, protects their property, and stands behind its work. I saw an opportunity to build a professional exterior-cleaning company around those expectations. Over time, the company expanded beyond standard window cleaning into pressure washing, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, solar-panel cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and related exterior services. We also invested in professional equipment, including purified-water systems and water-fed poles, to safely and efficiently clean properties with difficult or elevated windows. Although the company has grown, our approach is still based on the same principles: communicate clearly, treat every property carefully, perform the agreed-upon scope thoroughly, and make the entire experience as easy as possible for the customer.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One recent project was a new restaurant: 99 glass panes, about 80 with stickers and construction residue, plus 2,600 sq. ft. of pressure washing. Our crew completed everything in one overnight/early-morning shift so the property was clean and ready to open.
