I was searching for a photographer because I needed to improve my profile on dating apps. Jack responded within moments after I posted my inquiry and we spoke on the phone that same day.
Being a newbie to photo shoots, I told Jack what I was looking for as specifically as I could. Thankfully, he had prior experience in doing what I had asked for which made the phone call a lot smoother. I believe Jack's personality is warm, patient, and kind. Because of this, I felt better and more excited about my photo shoot for later that week. Pricing that was agreed on was fair as well.
We met on a Saturday around 5pm. I chose the locations since Jack said it was up to me. I had 4 different outfits for 4 different locations. During the photo shoot, I was a bit nervous but started relaxing a lot more throughout the session because of my chemistry with Jack. Again, he is very friendly so it was easy to strike conversation to lighten up the mood.
After the session was over, he sent me all the photos and I chose which ones I wanted to edit. The edited photos came out solid thus I was pleased with his work. Make sure you book your next photo shoot with Jack! You will not regret it!

I am beyond grateful to share my experience with Jack Sann Photography. I was planning an intimate wedding in Paso Robles, and was traveling about 3 1/2 hours from the Bay Area. Fortunately for me and my now husband, Jack was available the weekend before Thanksgiving, and really helped my family and I capture such a special time in our lives. He took the time to talk with me prior to the event, and was transparent about the entire process. I hired him for two hours, and he delivered incredible photos. On the day of the wedding it had just stopped raining before our ceremony, just in time to have the golden hour photos I imagined, and MORE all because of Jack’s work and talent. All the moments he captured will last a lifetime and if I could have him be a part of any future events, I absolutely would. Thank YOU, Jack, for everything!

He did an amazing job on our wedding portraits and taking photos of our very small COVID safe wedding dinner. Jack takes beautiful pictures and knew how to have us stand just right so the pictures look beautiful! Jack was a pleasure to work with. From the initial phone call to the delivery of the photos, he was amazing. Very sincere and answered all my questions. The day of the baby shower, he was there to take photos but did not interfere at all with the festivities. I was surprised how many pics he took since I didn't see him the whole time. I hired Jack for my wedding and he is a true professional. We requested specific poses and he made sure to capture the right framing for those perfect moments . What impressed me the most was the 1 week I waited to receive our photos, keep in mind, this is during the Corona virus outbreak but he still delivered the photos as promised. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Regardless of the type of photography, quotes include capturing and editing the photos, as well as the digital delivery of those photos, with every service that I provide. I work very well with client's budgets and price ranges.
For a firm price, I would ask for a consultation over the phone to better understand the requirements you would like me to meet.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer can expect high quality work, with every service I provide.
1) With new customers, I would typically schedule an over the phone consultation to better understand and discuss the details and requirements you would like me to exceed in capturing your situation, as well as discuss a firm price that works with your budget.
2) I will be in constant contact with you up until the date of the photoshoot.
3) At the end of the photoshoot, I accept payment in cash or through Venmo.
4) I will edit your photos and be in contact with you until the delivery of those photos.
5) I will deliver your photos through an online download (typically Dropbox), or through mailing over a USB if preferred.
6) If you are satisfied with my work, I will kindly ask you to leave me a review on my Thumbtack profile :)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self-taught photographer who has been shooting landscapes, travel photography, portraits, real estate, and weddings for the last 8 years all across the globe. I have worked with clients ranging from large corporations and advertising departments to smaller companies, to start ups and individuals and families.
