Introduction: My passion is food, experimenting with flavors with limited items. I am originally from San Antonio ,Texas.. yes I can cook some Mexican dishes, also worked in a Hotel as a breakfast cook, which I loved. I would say I do more comfortable food, for when you are too tired to cook after work, or need a little something sumthin for you and a loved one. Or if you need help with parties or BBQ, you can concentrate on being a host while I prepare the food. I am just starting out and want to make this my career. Even if it's something small. Give me a chance to show what I can do, we can discuss options, you provide the ingredients , and let me do my magic.
