Carlos from On Time Home Services was outstanding. He installed a new C wire and set up a Sensi thermostat at my parents’ home in Moreno Valley, Ca. From the start, speaking to the office staff, I had a great experience with On Time Home Services. We got an appointment scheduled quickly and they were flexible with my time restraints. Tech got here and explained everything in detail without making me feel pressured or dismissed. All concerns were thoroughly walked through and addressed and I ended up going with the recommendation of replacing my whole system since it was old and there was clearly issues that would’ve become long term problems. I never once felt like my best interest wasn’t being taken care of. 10/10 would recommend On Time to anyone!

I used On Time Home Services this week and I was honestly relieved with how smooth it went. Scheduling was easy, they showed up when they said they would, and I did not have to chase anyone for updates. They were on time, communicated well, and fixed the issue without dragging it out. The tech was respectful of my house and cleaned up after. I would call them again if something else comes up.

Carlos knew what he was doing and got us up a running quick. Did a great job on the repair and very nice and professional. Very good price compared to other quotes we got. Would definitely recommend!
