James did a great job fixing some minor repairs after my last tenants moved out. He was easy to get ahold of, responded in a timely manner, and showed up when he said he would. The quality of the work was great.
Additionally, we had a bathroom fan part go out of stock and James found a similar replacement to make everything work like new. He even went the extra mile to locate a special bathroom tub stopper part from the manufacturer direct and installed it the next week for us.
Lastly, James has a can do attitude. There wasn't anything couldn't or wouldn't do. He cleaned up the back yard and put weed killer around to prevent weeds from coming back.
I would highly recommend James for any handyman or home repair project. He is now my go-to-guy for repairs on my rental property.
