I daughter out Mrs Masons services because I was suing a former parent whose children attended my daycare. I submitted to her all my paperwork and proof for my case. I was suing for unpaid tuition from last year during the summer and I told her that. But when my case was actually filed, the date was wrong and the payment requested was wrong which resulted in me losing my case because last years dates were not recorded properly. This was my first time suing someone and I was very disappointed. The judge ruled in the defendant’s favor because I didn’t sue for the right dates.
