I recently hired Reyna Housecleaning Service for a “deep clean” of my 1100 square foot apartment, and unfortunately, I was left disappointed with the outcome. While most areas were cleaned to a satisfactory standard, there were several critical issues that made the overall experience fall short of expectations. First, the blinds were not fully cleaned, and there was still visible dirt left behind on all four sets, which I specifically pointed out during our walkthrough as an area that I wanted them to focus on. The walls, which were promised to be spot cleaned, were left with dirty streaks from insufficient cleaning attempts, making them look worse than before in some spots. Additionally, several areas that should have been addressed, such as light fixtures in bathrooms and dirt on window sills, were missed entirely. Given the price and the fact that this was supposed to be a “deep clean,” I feel the level of detail and thoroughness was lacking. I reached out to the team with my concerns, but unfortunately, I received no response. I’m disappointed with the overall experience, especially considering the initial walkthrough where these areas were specifically mentioned. During that walkthrough, they stated they would arrive with 2-3 people and spend 4.5-5 hours cleaning. They came with 3 people and only spent about 3 hours. If you do hire this company, make sure to be home when they finish (I wasn’t) to ensure they have completed the job to the discussed standards. While the business owners/workers that came to my house were perfectly kind and initially communicated well, these concerns made me not want to rehire or recommend them. I was very surprised because I saw their overwhelmingly positive reviews and felt I made a good decision. I hope this feedback helps the business improve their attention to detail for future clients.

I hired Reyna House Cleaning to do an initial cleaning of my home. Abraham and his wife Rosario conducted a walk through and estimate prior to their initial visit. They were responsive to my request, kept in contact with me via text message, and arrived on time. They were professional, trustworthy, and friendly. They did a wonderful job and were very attentive to detail. They were focused, efficient, and conscientious of my belongings. I will be using them for my routine cleaning in the future.
