- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is unique. Based on project scope, we will define what type of technician and material you need for the greatest value. Sometimes it's better to have a journeyman on the job, for others a superintendent is required. Even for a small pressure wash, demo or handyman project. Depending on your commercial property needs. Depending on local / city regulations. etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer two types of services: - Large projects: remodels, tenant improvements, move in / move out... - Lighter projects: preventative and reactive maintenance, day-to-day operations ... We like to understand our customers problems, prepare written estimate and clearly invest in understanding the scope of work for the project. Once both parties agree on price, timing and scope, then we dispatch our teams to complete the project safely, in the shortest timeframe. Quality comes from experience and realistic estimates often require creative mindset. For any project size. For any project type.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition all other trainings, supervision and coaching we do on a day-to-day basis, we do our best to enforce OSHA compliance throughout our organization to ensure safety for our employees, our customers and their guests.
