Hiring Dani to help me reach my goal of getting healthy, losing weight and toning my body has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. Her knowledge and commitment to helping me achieve my goals have been instrumental in my success and I wouldn't have been able to do it without her. I'm on a healthier, happier path now because of Dani!!

We hired Dana to get my friend in shape and he believes she is the best. It has been a long time since he has worked out and so had to take it slow. Dana understood this and has implemented a program that is varied (so he doesn't get bored) and works as he has lost inches and pounds.

Actually I started with Dani on Feb 15th ! I forgot to let Thumbtack know that I hired someone. The first text I got back from her , I knew that I wanted her to train me . Her energy was amazing and her promptness attracted me . You might see a few trainers with lower rates but she's worth every dollar . You also see a lot of trainers with higher rates that is not necessary because she does the job so well !Today is my 5th day and I lost 3.5 lbs in 4 days . I know I loose more today ! She is the sweetest , kindest , most caring ,and most punctual trainer I have had so far and believe me I had a few ! She's not pushy but very encouraging. She replies to my texts promptly when I have a question about my diet or exercise . She does not force you to start the great diet that she offers for FREE but she suggests it and since I have to reach my goal weight quickly , I started the diet too which is amazingly enough making me feel better too .
She's very flexible on her times and hours .
Even though she makes me sweat hard , I still can't wait to see her tomorrow.
Thank you so much Dani :)

With, she doesn’t let us “off the hook” and always pushing but ensuring we are within our limits +.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have found that this is a luxury and also an art. I try to work within budgets. Generally, I charge by the hour but can also get quite a bit done in 30 minutes if that is all a person can afford. It will be a difficult 30 minutes but only because I am so result oriented. $75/hour is my usual fee, but I have many package deals that can bring it down to about $65. There is no gym fee because I have a gym at my home that is fairly well equipped.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I do is evaluate them. I take their weight and their measurements. I ask many questions about health, medications, and family history. I discuss goals. I ask about exercise experience and tolerance for soreness. I try to put myself in their shoes and get to know them as quickly as possible so I can help them beginning with the first session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been ACE certified since 1994. I take continuing education classes yearly. I read new information that comes out weekly. I have trained at least 500 people in the course of my 23 year personal training career. It is the only job I have and I do it full time.
