the gentleman that came out was very nice and professional and was on time. We asked him to look at our shower which had no hot water, which he did, and submitted a bid for $1000 to replace a hot water cartridge to fix the problem.
We went to YouTube, which showed us how to remove the faucet, only to find the cartridge was not defective but rather on backwards. We fixed the problem in ten minutes at no cost.
I would definitely get a couple of bids before having this company do an expensive repair or just go to YouTube.
