He came close to matching the lowest bid, showed up on time, was polite and respectful, he just did his work with little direction. He’s very very young but you’d never know it by the way he conducts himself. Good value, good work, good guy to have around for those projects you just don’t want to or can’t do on your own. Rafael is a keeper.
