Evelyn agreed to clean my place for a move out. We communicated via text. She was supposed to come on august 10 @ 12. I texted hercto confirm the Tuesday and the Friday before. I confirmed her. On Saturday I get a text from I learned was her sister that Evelyn had an emergency and couldn't come. She would be coming in her place. I talked to her over the phone and she Saud she was finishing a job and would be at my place in 30 minutes. She never showed up, no text, no call. I reached out to both of them with NO response, no apologies, nothing. Very unprofessional. I understand emergencies happen but this was inexcusable. I was left in a very bad predicament and had to get an emergency person to come in and me and the cleaner were cleaning my home until 9:30 that evening. Shame on Evelyn and her sister!
