We offer free estimates so there's no obligation to buy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with an initial visit to assess the customer's needs and provide a free estimate. Upon the customer's decision to proceed, we will collect a deposit and schedule the installation appointment. Estimated lead times can vary from a day or two to a couple of weeks, depending on the time of year and the project's complexity.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Once a technician is hired, they receive in-shop, in-field, and hands-on training. They also receive ongoing training as needed.
