showed up, did great work, cleaned a really dirty fountain. Made it work beautifully, very polite and considerate. Coming back to do lighting of the fountain and a few other things to help the backyard as well. Very fair pricing.

I’m so happy that my little fountain is finally working again after years of neglect! Pablo was incredibly responsive and made the entire process easy. He not only saved us money but also arrived early and was completely professional throughout. He even offered to help research an accessory we’re looking for, going above and beyond. Pablo is fantastic, he cleaned everything, Gravel, Tank Glass and the algae that was growing on some of the items in the tank. It is like a whole new tank.

I found The Helpful Aquarium Hand on NextDoor and am very glad I did! Pablo and Abel were friendly and professional. Through the Thumbtack app, which was easy to use, they confirmed the appointment and kept us updated on their arrival time when they hit traffic. They performed the work we described: cleaned and repaired (new pump and tubing) our backyard fountain and got it up and running again after it sat idle for a couple of years. Pablo gave some maintenance tips as well. There is no one in our area that I could locate to provide this service. They drove a couple of hours to complete the job. I felt their fee was reasonable. I would highly recommend The Helpful Aquarium Hand for fountain repairs!
