I first encountered Chef Judith at a local Whole Foods Market where she was demonstrating some of her recipes.
I have had the pleasure of inviting her to chef at our home on many occasions. She specializes in healthy food and teaches authentic Tuscan after living there for 40 years. She also teaches Gluten-Free and Paleo. Judith's creations are delicious and her wealth of information makes every meal an education. In fact, she has just completed a book that addresses her passion for healthful food. If you share her interests, she will delight you with her expertise.
