- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I vary pricing depending on the size of the business. I give discounts for non-profits and people who have a personal project. I try my best to align with what budget each customer has to work with and deliver a great solution.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have an introduction call and then I create a process that aligns with each customers needs. We can move in steps, or cover the whole project when we kick things off. I prefer to tailor my process for each customer - some prefer to text or email and others prefer for calls or zooms.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Undergraduate degree in art, graduate degree in advertising and computer art. Worked at major companies like 24 Hour Fitness in the marketing side to The Walt Disney Company and Disney Animation as a Creative Director for 15 years.
