Jenn was absolutely amazing with my two fur babies. Both of my fur babies have special needs and Jenn handled them flawlessly. My dog who has anxiety, had no anxiety the entire 11 days we were gone My other dog is deaf and has many quirks that causes behavior issues at home. He didn't have any issues with her. My deaf dog loved jenn so much he missed her when she left. I would recommend Jenn to anyone.

Jenn was great with my senior dog! My 14-year-old pup has arthritis and canine dementia, and I needed someone to let her out, take her for a walk, feed her, and give her medication. Jenn kept me updated with texts throughout the visit and even sat with her until she was settled and comfortable. Knowing my dog was getting attentive care made it easier to be away from home for several hours.

Working with Jenn was a great experience! She did a wonderful job of taking care of my babies while I was out of town caring for my parents. Not only did she do what she needed to do to take care of my babies, she went above and beyond, even when they got into my unmentionables! 😂 She made sure everything was put back where it needed to be. Jenn was great. I called her the cat whisperer. One of my cats hides from strangers. The first day she cared for my cats, she had coaxed the skittish one out from hiding for pets and snuggles. Jenn came the same time everyday, cared for the cats, shared photos and updates each visit. I would confidently hire Jenn for future petsitting needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing starts at $28 per visit no matter the number of pet's up to 1 hour visit or 1 walk. Mr pricing changes if you need multiple walks and the drive is more than 30 minutes from me. I am willing to do a week rate if but it differs per client because no client is the same.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always enjoy chatting with a potential client through text and get as much details up front first just to make sure I'll be a good fit. Then I move on to chatting on the phone going over in more details about what the client is looking for. It's at this point I schedule a meet n Greet with the client so we both can get a better feel for each other. I like to get to know my clients and have them get to know. Both myself and the client need to feel comfortable with each other inorder for us to work together. I communicate with my client on a daily basis through text and sometimes adding pictures. At the end of the job I make sure the client has back whatever was needed inorder for me to do the job. I do like to keep in contact with my clients do that they know they can reach out to me again in the future.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a AA degree in Criminal Justice and I did do some dog grooming training but was unable to complete. However my personal work experience is in customer service and retail management.
