Rachel was warm, uplifting and open. She quickly honed in to me, my starting point and goals. Importantly, she took my beginner insecurities into account and gently incorporated them to our session. Together, these formed a perfect ark- getting centered, progression and recentering.
Rachel synced her direction/teaching/guidance to me in a soft manner with breath work, positions, attunement, while slowing down or picking up to choreograph a fluid experience. She provided clear explanations and examples for all poses, noting physical and sensory experiences.
By the end of our session I felt profoundly calm and energized, connected with my body in a special way and could take on the demands of the day, restored.
