We try to take a lot of action without ever changing who we are being. For example, maybe you try to grow your business, and you never seem able to get past a certain point because that’s where your self-image is stuck. Or let’s talk about weight loss, something that I know a lot about. I know when I used to go on diets and try new exercise programs or the latest tricks to losing weight, but I always seemed to come back to this number on the scale, and that was because of my self image.
