Hero Pest Control was excellent to work with from start to finish. They helped us with a rodent issue and did a very thorough full inspection, clearly explaining what they found and what needed to be done.
They handled everything—rodentremoval, clean-out, disinfecting the house, and removing old insulation before installing new insulation. The team was professional, responsive, and very clear about expectations, which made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.

Santiago and team were professional and helpful during a stressful experience of finding rodents inside the home. They identified and blocked all entry and potential entry points, ensured that any existing rodents were eradicated, and also installed insulation since we removed damaged insulation. They documented all work and damaged areas with photos, which was very helpful as this was a vacation property. They also helped to keep all work in compliance with the HOA. Pricing was reasonable. I would highly recommend.

They were great! We contacted them to asses the issues as we had seen some droppings and they were quick to respond and send someone to do an assessment. They were also very quick to schedule the work and follow up. The person in charge of the work in my house (Santiago) has been super helpful and responsive. Would recommend 100%.
