I hired Hero Pests Control in April 2025 to do some bird mitigation due to pigeons nesting on my roof and under my solar panels. I had to call them back this week for a follow-up visit under my warranty, and they responded immediately. Did additional work, including placing reflectors on the roof. They were responsive, professional, and I am delighted with their work and work ethic.

They were great! We contacted them to asses the issues as we had seen some droppings and they were quick to respond and send someone to do an assessment. They were also very quick to schedule the work and follow up. The person in charge of the work in my house (Santiago) has been super helpful and responsive. Would recommend 100%.
