- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is unique. My pricing is not based on the size of the company but based on the time involved to accomplish exactly what your company needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
While working with new customers I will first have an in-depth conversation while taking notes and listening to every detail to make sure I provide the best outcome. While Working on the project, I will provide multiple screenshots as I go so the customers can be updated in real-time on how the project is moving. I will then take any constructive feedback to provide quality control and execute the targeted vision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have received my Graphic Design Certificate at the Santa Monica College. I have also attend an extended animation class with School of Motion.com
