FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Dog training sessions are priced per session, with recommendations based on your dog’s individual needs and goals. All new clients begin with a 90-minute initial training consultation to ensure we create the right plan from the start. We offer one discounted training package exclusively for newly adopted rescue dogs (with proof of adoption within the past three months) to help support a smooth transition into their new home. There are no hidden fees. Pricing is discussed clearly upfront, so you know exactly what to expect before moving forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make the onboarding process clear and straightforward so you and your dog feel supported from day one. To get started, new clients complete our contact form and submit up-to-date vaccination records (Rabies, Bordetella, and DHPP/Distemper-Parvo). We also require a signed general agreement and a 50% deposit to officially reserve your spot. All services begin with a 90-minute initial training consultation. During this session, we conduct a full environment and lifestyle review, assess your dog’s behavior and needs, and have a collaborative goal-setting conversation to create a clear, customized path forward. From there, we recommend the best training or care plan for your dog to ensure safe, effective, and long-term results.
