All things considered (punctuality, professionalism, responsiveness, etc) he is a great guy to work with. Felt he did a great job, and was comfortable with him in my home. I gave 4 out if 5 stars for this reason: The job did cost a little more than was quoted (but things do happen behind the walls that you can’t account for, and we understand that) and there a little damage to the wall where the new switch was installed (Husband will have to repair/repaint)... Having said all that, he did earn 4 stars, and we’d hire him again. Very personable and easy to work with...
