FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flat rates are available for most commonly requested services; however, hourly rates are provided for some jobs. There is a minimum $75 service fee for all projects so it is advisable to bundle services together to avoid this charge. In addition, we offer block pricing such as for full day (8 hours) where customers have multiple smaller jobs which discounted pricing is available. We also offer a 10% discount for seniors, military, police, fire, ambulance service and teachers or education professionals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whenever possible, we request the make and model of items that the customer would like to have assembled or installed. This allows us to provide a very accurate estimate up front. We like to discuss how the task will be completed and offer suggestions for different options available (when applicable). We consult with the customer to ensure that every project exceeds their expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
