Three Body Healing

I specialize in helping women process and return to who they've always been. The parts of you that formed a shell in order to help you survive. The strong one. The capable one. The accommodating one. The one that doesn't need too much. These parts helped you survive, but over time, you may have started to feel trapped within the shell. Three body healing is a gentle process to help unwind the layers to reveal the true you beneath all the protective armor. In our session we honor the wisdom of our system. The physical body where tension, bracing, and survival responses are held The emotional body where unmet needs and unexpressed feelings quietly live The energetic body where roles, relational patterns and identity imprints guide our choices without awareness and keep us stuck We work on three levels because the body, mind, and spirit move as one, and in doing so we can affect change that lasts .
