I booked a private yoga session for my bachelorette party (group of 6), and we had the absolute BEST time!! I got to provide inputs for a special playlist, and she made the hour all about me (the bride). I felt loved by my party goers and we got in a fantastic (hangover-safe) stretch. I even got a crystal gift at end. Charity was on time, incredibly sweet, easy to schedule with, and made us giggle all through the practice. Highly, highly recommend services with Charity!!

Charity was AMAZING! We hired her for a bachelorette yoga session. She knew how to adjust the class to our specific needs (we had a mix of beginners and more experienced yogi's) and made the class all about the bride-to-be which was super special. She was very responsive and managed every detail - even created a fun playlist based off of my song/artist suggestions! Would definitely hire her again!

Working with Hustle & Flow was such a great experience!! We hired Charity for a company retreat and booked a yoga class / sound bath meditation. She was on time each day and fully prepared. She provided sanitized mats and music. We really enjoyed her positive, encouraging energy and sense of humor. I can tell she really loves what she does and takes it seriously. 100% Highly recommend for future events. :)

We had such an incredible yoga session! Charity made a class that fit all of our abilities. She also made us the best music mix!! We laughed, we stretched, was found some true zen. We HIGHLY recommend booking Hustle and Yoga Flow for any of your yoga needs/events/get togethers/ladies trips. We were on a ladies trip and seriously couldn't imagine the trip with out this wonderful class. Ten thousand stars!
