Mike and his team are true professionals. From the time we started communicating on Thumbtack, and till the job got done, everything went as it was discussed, there were absolutely no surprises.

The service we received was absolutely wonderful! The technician, Guy Burnett, was extremely good at setting up our smart TV. He was fast, efficient and patient. He was very concerned that we knew how to operate this new system before he departed. We will definitely call Mike Mcleod for similar service in the future.

I used X5 Networks to get some TV set up assistance for my mother who lives across country. The tech figured out that her TV was not going to work with the streaming device I got her. They came the same day we called, did what they could, and charged a reasonable fee for their services.
