California Dining exceeded our expectations. The personal chef was very responsive and accommodated our four course meal to exactly what we wanted. I still crave another bowl of the lobster soup we had that night that everyone was raving about, I can’t wait for our next event. I loved to see the smiles on my family's faces enjoying the food and the chef's presence. It was more than a service, it was a hospitable experience. California dining delivered a great dinning experience for some friends and I. Chef Antonio served an amazing 4 course dinner. We started with a delicious lobster bisque. The lobster was fresh and tender. Not tough and rubbery like the low quality stuff. We then had a very light caprese salad made with heirloom tomatoes fresh basil and creamy mozzarella cheese with a light vinaigrette. Our main course was a hand made shrimp lemon ricotta linguini with fresh parmesan. The pasta as well as everything else was made fresh. The lemony dish was simply amazing. If that wasn't enough we still had dessert. We had an mouth watering creamy Tiramisu. I could go on and on about how fresh and great the food was, but what put this experience over the top was the amazing service Chef antonio brought into my home. He catered to my every need, he did everything with a smile and had such a great attitude. His food was delicious and I strongly recommend his services.May 27, 2020California Dining's reply
