He came in and got straight to work. I was sold a Famistar T90 from Facebook marketplace. The person who sold it to me said the loud noise was oil needed on the belt. I bought some and the noise continued. Jelani came in and within 3 minutes he knew it was the motor (not the belt). He also informed me that it had the wrong screws on it. He went above and beyond to get my treadmill working, from better screws to silencing the noise in the motor. I am confident calling him again if I had another machine that needed to be fixed. He is professional and knows what he's doing.

Shout out to the person who came out to fix my machine. (I forgot to get his name!) He understood exactly what was needed for the project I presented to him and with a great price. Other people/companies definitely made me feel like I was getting the run around and was being way over charged. Not only did he work with my schedule and had awesome communication, he is an early bird like me and he knocked it early at 7am!! Hire this company because you won’t get better service👌
