- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
basically we would set an appointment and I will come and do a free cleaning quote based on how big the residence or business is, if u want weekly, bi-weekly or monthly and if its a light, medium or heavy clean .
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
well I was working in the mortgage business for about eight years I loved it. Unfortunately I was laid off back in 2006 when the market crashed. My mothers neighbor who lived across the street from her well she owned her own cleaning business and she was looking to hire some people and I worked for her for about five years.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Kitchens, bathrooms, incl. all rooms in residence or business. That includes cob webs,baseboards, switch plates, ceiling fans, light fixtures, vacuuming, dusting. I do not use mops I usually do floors by hand depending on how big. I also clean windows inside and out including the tracks and the screens and available upon request and is a separate charge. Basically from top to bottom.
